Don't Fear The Ruck...

As my friend @evasion.survival.alaska would say, DONT FEAR THE RUCK...

Do not be afraid of putting on a ruck and getting some miles under your belt. If you live a busy life like I do, then get up an hour before the wife and kids or do it at 9 at night. Put in a mile, maybe go for 2, go see how many you can do in an hour. I bet you surprise yourself!
