We explore the facts upon the court of record which have been pressed upon the record by a natural woman who accepted the clerk of court's
(aka Judge's) Oath and bound them thereto pursuant Article 6 sections 1,2,&3 of the Constitution for which they claim to uphold, but instead have career criminals prosecuting from the bench, thereby committing acts of Capital Felony Treason by threatening to imprison a wo/man to a cage without probable cause, and committing imprison of felony c/f 18 USC 1001. 18 USC 241 & 242 & 18 USC 1961. This brave woman stood her ground and did all the correct things according to the laws, and even statutes and codes which of course are notwithstanding and was deprived of her unalienable rights by those acting under color of law who did collude and conspire against her Rights, which perfected RICO, in Emma's case.
We have proven beyond a reasonable doubt that these scumbags impersonating actual "Justice of the Peace" are in fact and for the record impersonating officers and committing unforgivable offenses by acting under color of law and depriving wo/men of their Creator/God given Rights to assemble and freedom of movement.
