WISDOM SHORTS - conversations should never start with one's frustrations

Starting with one's frustrations in a conversation typically denotes neediness and even expectations that those other people one talks to SHOULD or MUST solve the frustrated person's problems, misaccomplishments and the such. And if it's all just a show for attention, that person will never be satisfied and will even do things deliberately to put themselves to harm, or cause more problems in their own life just so that they can have people help and give them attention. Some may even go as far as using harm threats on self, or if attention on them stops they will even go as far as becoming aggressive and impose help on self (aka slavery). The issue here is an attachment to victimhood and unhealthy expectations.
