3/5/23 card: wishes

I wish my younger self had not been so burdened with responsibility for others. It made me a capable and self-sufficient adult, but it would have been nice for younger me to have more time to just enjoy life. To some extent, the same wish applies to current me - though I recognize that I have more choice in the matter now. It’s self-compassion Sunday. Show yourself some love and compassion today.
