Smoked Gouda Fondue.

Basic recipe, fast and easy. It doesn’t have to be smoked Gouda, but the creamier that the Gouda is, the better it will be for consistency, as it is not as grainy as classic Gouda. Milk or -my favorite- heavy cream can be substituted for 1/2 and 1/2. Sky’s the limit on any other substitutions, i.e. sherry or red wine, leeks vs green onions, or another type of your favorite cheeses… thanks for watching!
