Easy Selfmade Nutella

-2 cups dry roasted hazelnuts (skin REMOVED) -2 tbsp melted coconut oil -2/3 cup cacao powder -7 soaked dates -1 cup almond milk -1/2 cup maple syrup -1/2 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt How to: -Roast or bake hazelnuts on 350F for about 10min or until skin starts to pop off a bit -After roasting add hazelnuts to a kitchen towel and apply pressure as you move them around, skin will start to fall off. -Add hazelnuts to a high powered blender (or food processor). Hazelnuts will turn into a powder, keep blending and scraping sides until smooth and creamy. -Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy, add more almond milk if needed
