Garlic shoots seasoned with red pepper paste

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Chop 200g of garlic shoots into bite-size pieces
2. Add a pinch of salt and garlic stems to boiling water and blanch for 15-20 seconds.
3 Rinse the garlic stems twice in cold water.
4.Sauce: Mix 1 large amount of red pepper paste, 2 thick soy sauce, 1 plum liquid, 0.5 sugar, 1 honey, 1 red pepper powder, and a little minced ginger.
5. Mix garlic shoots in the sauce and sprinkle with 1 sesame oil and sesame seeds.
6. Season at the end. If it is bland, add a little bit of fish sauce and chick's tears.
