How To Cook Pork Corn Rice - Pressure Cooker / Instapot Recipe

Today i show you How To Cook a delicious comfort food meal, Pork Corn Rice, great for cold winter nights, this Asian inspired dish is not only super easy to make, but tastes so good, it's one of my favorites! -

I used butter:

1 spoon garlic
1/3 spoon ginger
500 grams pork mince
1 1/2 cups rice
6 cups chicken stock
half bag of frozen corn (about 250g)
dash of fish sauce
finish off with a little soy sauce and white pepper and BOOF!
