Random Rants: IDIOTIC Tax To PUNISH Movie Productions That Aren’t Diverse | This Will END Hollywood!

California doing California things. Now we got a diversity quota tax coming soon for Hollywood studio productions. A 4% penalty if a movie production doesn't have a staff that is reflective of the state population. I guess its to make sure that movies have enough skin in the game? (lol) But anyone that knows how Hollywood operates, this isn't going to work. They’re going to find a way around this, to the detriment of Hollywood and the California economy.
