King Charles is still mad that Prince Harry spoke honestly about Camilla

Before Prince Harry's Spare was published, royal sources often complained to British tabloids that Prince Charles was worried about Harry writing horrible things about Camilla. I can remember thinking, "Harry's going to write some screed on that horrid lady." That is something I have to admit. Spare was more difficult on Camilla than I thought. Charles was also easier for Spare than I thought. Harry was able to show empathy and love for Charles throughout the book. It was clear, however that Charles was a deeply neglectful father. Harry, on the other hand, wrote that Camilla "left bodies in street" along her journey to the crown. Harry also stated outright that Camilla had always leaked information about the Windsors and that she has gotten better coverage by cozieing up to media figures. Buckingham Palace deserves congratulations, as they are using that reason to expel Charles from Frogmore. After learning about the Duke's attack on Camilla, King Charles decided that Harry and Meghan would be moved to the UK. According to legend, the monarch believed that his son had "crossed an line". Sources claim that the King was furious at Harry's allegations, such as the one that Camilla was responsible of leaking news stories to the media. In TV interviews, the Duke also called the Queen Consort "the villain" while promoting his memoir, Spare. After being given a dossier of information by his aides, Charles immediately took decisive action. On January 11, 2011, Charles began the process of eviction from Frogmore Cottage, a five-bedroom cottage on the Windsor estate. This was the same day that the memoir was published. According to royal insiders, the revelations have caused irreparable damage Harry's relationship with Prince William and his father. Harry expressed his fear that Camilla would become a "wicked Stepmother". According to the Prince, he and William begged their father not marry Camilla. The Duke of Sussex admitted that he only wanted Camilla happy to make her less "dangerous." Harry said that she was the villain in a television interview. She was the third spouse in their marriage. She had to restore her image. According to royal sources, the King was upset by the accusation that Camilla planned to marry him. Harry stated in the book that "shortly after our private discussions with her, she started to develop her long term strategy, a campaign directed towards marriage and...the Crown (with blessing from our father, )... Stories began appearing in all the newspapers concerning her conversations with Willy. These stories recounted many small details which none of them had received from my brother." Insiders said that it was the final straw. Harry knew Camilla was a red line for his dad and crossed it with flagrant disregard. It was an act of disrespect that the King felt it had crossed. [From The Daily Mirror] Here's the story again about Charles not even bothering to read Spare. It would be reasonable to assume that one of the family would read Spare, given all the outrage and agita surrounding Harry "ripping his family apart". Instead of relying on their aides for Cliffs Notes, Charles would be surprised at how much Harry still loves Harry, I believe. While Harry was honest in his assessment of Camilla's machinations, Harry is likely to have pulled his punches over a lot of Camilla's actions and words throughout the years. Charles should be thankful Harry didn't make it harder on them both. Charles, however, keeps...proving that Harry is correct in everything he has written and said.
