20230304 The Drunkards Walk of Progress

Wouldn't it be nice if all progress were like it was when we were little kids? They learn and change so fast, and it always seems to be forward motion.

Unfortunately for us, as old farts this is no longer the case.

I've been progressing in my ambition to develop an off ramp from the cubicle farm, but the progress hasn't been steady. Two steps forward followed by a step back.

I'm still progressing, but it's just not as fast, or as consistent as I might like.
