This video I talk about the ways in which you can be more confident, how you can take control of your nerves and being an upward spiral of extreme confidence. This will not be easy, but it's simple and worth it.

These are the 7 reasons I am confident, I was forced in exposing myself to cold approaches, forced myself into situations I didn't want to be in. Just to build my confidence.

I used to be extremely shy, red face, heart pumping and nervous all the time. But my sheer indefitagability didn't let me sit back and take it, I refused to be the weirdo in my mums basement! I WANTED TO BE THE MAN.

And now I am the man, the absolute G who can speak to anyone. I am afraid but it does not matter, as I am in control of my legs, my arms and my mouth, I will approach you even if I speak garbledy goop.
