IKO Dynasty roof install complete 💪

 We started this morning at 7:30 AM in Lexington Park, Maryland, we tore off the old roof, installed two pieces of plywood, new, drip edge, ice and water shield on the eaves and valleys, starter strip on the eaves and rakes and then
Synthetic paper, new IKO Dynasty shingles and snow country lifted ridge vent .
This customer called me and about a month and a half ago to look at his roof because he had multiple spots leaking.
We did a damage inspection report to the roof and realize that there was significant, sudden damage caused by a recent wind storm Likely December 23rd wind event
We created the damage inspection report document and have the customer send it into his insurance company. We then met with the insurance adjuster and advocated on the customers behalf. .
Once we had the roof claim approved, the customer made the wise decision of going with our 12 months no interest financing so that he could collect the insurance money ACV and RCV, keep it for himself, and then pay a little less than a year from now, and not encourage any interest .
To the old way 

We will repair the damaged drywall on the interior and paint ceilings and walls some point this upcoming week 💪
