Quick review of the Ghost LEGEND Pre Workout Blue Raspberry
This is a very popular pre-workout powder from the ghost brand it is in a very basic flavour blue raspberry. Most of ghost legend flavours are very cool. They have some sour patch kids, they have warheads and they also have bubble licious bubble gum flavors. This plain old fashion blue raspberry is still very, very great and I'm talking a bit about the ingredients and what I finally get out of this pre-workout. It is definitely a higher quality supplements, so it does cost a bit more than other pre-workouts but I think that the cost is justified in the quality.
