John Green - Update on the Mid-East: Iraq and Syria

John Green is an international man of mystery. He's constantly jetting off to various parts of the world to advise the US. He gets to work at the Ground Truth level so his perceptions are clear...and his guidance is directly on the pulse of the problem.

One of the challenges the US faces is knowing what to know. That leads to identifying the work. Too often, the US is eager, but struggles to discover where the work is. Instead, we spend a lot of effort, money and time "fixing" things that feel good and seem moral, but in reality, they are not the priority or our business.
