Valentine's day today! Happy Valentine's day!
Show and give love to yourself today.
Use this day as a blueprint for how you will treat yourself for the rest of the year.
I don't mean stuff your face with a bunch of unhealthy things just because you feel bad about yourself and want some quick pleasures to soothe the pain you feel about yourself. I mean actually do something that will give you sustainable pleasure. That will suck right now but afterwards will make you feel good about yourself.
Give yourself love in that kind of way.
Go to the gym and give yourself a real beating.
Go out and run for an hour.
Go for a walk.
Do something that will get you out of your comfort zone and in to your winner zone.

If you can't love yourself how can you then love anybody else?
Is it real love if you love someone else but not yourself? How is that possible?
I'm talking about unconditional love.
Where I don't need anything from you but I will still love you.
How can I love you when you don't love yourself?
How can you expect someone to love you or trust you if you don't love yourself or trust yourself?

These are some interesting questions that we should ask ourselves.
