I was Dx in Nov 2017 with imaging with Osteo-Arthritis right foot, across the top. Limping became a problem in 2016. My Big toe and toe joint were also noted as being quite problematic and painful. Besides relating limping to time spent being up and around. I even began incorrectly relating limping (right-side) perhaps to some type of stress, such as a Dr.'s appt to establish PCP in April 2016. On the way out of that appt. I was limping and the limping coincided with the doctors visit; I thought...psychological/emotional stress?? No, as it turned out it was sitting in the waiting room, then sitting in the patient room, then sitting at the appointment. The #1 no, no for a person with connective tissue disease, struggling with postural stability, struggling with their Fascia is sitting. About that time I was assessed by neurology as having peripheral neuropathy with no known cause. As it turned out peripheral symptoms occur do to a systemic tightening, especially in the hips and torso (includes cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and Sacrum). When I begin to feel tightness creeping down my arms, or burning pain in my lower extremities, I know my symptomology is elevating, cuing me to take note and make corrective action to avoid worse and worse symptoms.
