▶️Ingredients
400g Korean beef brine, 400g radish, 1.6~1.7L water, 1~2 green onion
▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Cut the beef, rinse it in water and drain it.
2 2 radish nabak sliced
3. Add beef to sesame oil 1 and stir-fry enough
Add 2 Korean soy sauce, radish and stir-fry again.
4. Add 500ml of water and boil
Add the rest of the water and add 2-3 pieces of kelp
5. After boiling, remove impurities
Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
6. Remove kelp and heat over high heat. Add green onion and 2 minced garlic.
For seasoning, a little salt, 1~2 anchovy fish sauce,
7 Boil for another 5 to 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
