▶️Recipe (Serves 2-3)
1. Cut 15 red peppers diagonally into thin slices.
2 Slice 200g of pork front leg, half an onion, and some carrots
3. Grease a frying pan with green onion oil and stir-fry pork.
4. Stir-fry with 1 sugar, onion, and carrot. Add crushed red pepper (peperoncino) and stir-fry.
5. Add 1 dark soy sauce, 1 oyster sauce, 1 soy milk, and 1 chicken stock and stir-fry.
6. Add 1 red pepper powder and red pepper and stir-fry until slightly out of breath.
7. For the broth, add onion, green onion, anchovy, depot, and kelp to 2L of water, and season with thick Korean soy sauce and salt.
8. Pour broth over somen noodles and top with garnish.
