Mortgage Interest Rates are RISING! The Boise Housing Market and Rates - Mar. 2023

Mortgage Interest Rates are rising again! How will this affect eh Boise Housing Market? Will Boise Real Estate continue its market correction, or will the Boise Real Estate Market stabilize but adjust accordingly to how rates are now? Will buyers jump back out of the Treasure Valley Real Estate Market and inventory will climb? Or will sellers be more cautious listing their homes, now that rates are on the rise?

Also, what will the FED do in response to inflation data possibly becoming entrenched? Will the continue to put the crews on the Federal Funds Rate and for longer? Will this lead us into a Recession? The markets, especially the 10 yr Treasury markets have reacted to rebounding inflation data, which increase the Mortgage Interest Rates as bond yields rose.
