Triangle Pose, or Trikonasana, is a basic standing posture in yoga. This video will teach you tips for how to do Triangle Pose for beginners and Intermediate students. Triangle Pose is called Trikonasana in Sanskrit. There is are some variations in how Triangle pose is practiced in Ashtanga style and in the Iyengar Method. Both have their benefits and challenges.
