‘Surprising’ people give such a ‘quick response to fundamental Islam’: Iranian artist’s art censored

Iranian-American Contemporary Artist Taravat Talepasand says it’s surprising to see people give such a quick response to fundamental Islam.
Ms Talepasand’s comments follow reports a college in Minnesota temporarily closed an exhibition displaying veiled women in various poses after backlash from Muslim students.
“There were other situations before my exhibition, and Muslim students communities were really calling out Islamia phobia,” Ms Taleasand told Rita Panahi.
