Sometimes I crave rice, so today I thought I'd show you a simple recipe I like to make using cajun seasoning, it's very easy and a little spicy but tastes oh so good, it's Grego's Cajun Dirty Rice Recipe, let me show you how I like to make mine!

Ingredients:
Mince 500g
1 onion
some garlic
1 capsicum / pepper
extra chilli if you like it spicy
butter
1 or 2 teaspoons of cajun seasoning (or more, taste as you go)
1 to 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
