California Felon Should Have Taken His Chances With the DA

San Diego Police were involved in an officer involved shooting captured on bodycam with Christopher Dearman. Dearman had priors as a felon in possession of a firearm yet, somehow, California's gun laws did not keep him from possessing another one and engaging police in a gunfight.
