You don't own it nor do you own your car. You have Abstract Title and a Certificate of Title for your car which means the state has the actual title.

You have no human rights as a US Citizen, you are a legal fiction, you are a franchise of the US Corporation. So you are owned by the Federal Government – the Corporation. You are a slave to the system – the web of fiction – the matrix.

Not ONE word of the Constitution applies to US Citizens. A Judge will may say it is a Contempt of Court to even say the word in a courtroom.

When you change your status to a State National, you become a Citizen of your state. As a citizen of the state you have full constitutional rights. It’s actually called a State Citizen/US National. You have right to bear arms, you do NOT need a conceal permit.

18 USC 1545 – anyone who prevents safe passage of anyone who has a legal passport can serve up to ten years in prison.

18 USC 541 – if one individual messes with your rights they can serve up to one year in prison.

18 USC 541 – if two or more collaborate to mess with your rights – they each can spend up to ten years in prison.

As a state national the courts have no jurisdiction over you. If you get a summons, you don’t have to go. If you get forced into court you have a right to a jury that has to be State Nationals.

Almost all of these political criminals are state nationals. Thus why they can’t be prosecuted as if they were arraigned and received a Bond – their body is held on surety of the bond but the bond can be discharged at the arraignment, so they can’t be placed in jail unless it is treason. This is how we go after the bad guys.

Before the 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868 there was no citizenship, there was nationality. For example “my Nationality is Nebraskan.”

The ratification of the 14th Amendment split it off in two different types of citizenship's. You have a 14th Amendment citizen and a State citizen. The 14th Amendment citizen is the fictitious, false, fake citizen. At this time is when they used propaganda to push people to get their US Citizenship and move away from the State Citizenship.
