Georgian lawmakers fight over 'foreign agents' bill

Scuffles broke out in the Georgian parliament during a hearing on a draft law that would require media outlets that receive more than 20% of their funding from abroad to register as 'foreign agents'. Meanwhile, protesters raged outside the parliament as well.
