Germany's Rhine hit by drought as water levels drop

Exposed stones and visible sandbars - the water levels of the Rhine is currently very low near the Western German towns of Kaub and Bingen. As of Friday (March 3) the water level near Kaub is measuring slightly above one meter (three feet). Too low, according to climatologist Karsten Brandt.
