According to the IAEA, 4th Generation Nuclear Weapons Such as Used on 9/11 are dangerous to human lives and the environment. Such weapons can cause widespread death and destruction, and their means of delivery are extremely dangerous.
Terrorist groups have long been seeking ways to use WMDs. They also are often supported by nation-states. In recent years, there have been a number of terrorist incidents in which large numbers of people were killed using chemical or biological weapons.
