So part 2 of the failed inspection I take you through the inside of the property. The kitchen floor is falling down and what the hell is going on with that bathroom? Big thanks to my inspector Tony for telling me we were wasting our time there. Disappointed that it was this bad but that’s part of the game and why we always inspect the property!
