Ingredients:
250 g of ricotta cheese
125 g of grated coconut
50 g of icing sugar
chocolate to decorate
cooking time: without cooking!!!

Hello friends!!! Today we will prepare these delicious coconut snowmen!!! Come to the kitchen!

In a bowl, pour 125 g of grated coconut and 50 g of icing sugar

Add 250 g of ricotta cheese

Knead until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained

Prepare yourself a support platform

Form balls

Half will need to be smaller and half will need to be larger...

... In this way

Once all the balls are formed, take some dark chocolate

Form a cone with the baking paper to be able to decorate with the chocolate
