It was in India over a 17-year period that estimate that Bill Gates paralyzed 491,000 people with his TESTS on 3rd world people. What a DEMON! Notice in the video how he could not help but break out into a BIG LAUGHGING SMILE (13:30 mark) when told how LONG it will take to recover. He loves it!
