‘Everything that is happening now is done to reduce Europe to a subordinate player for the United States, to undercut Europe’s competitive edge and to ruin the economic link between Russia and the European Union’ – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during the Raisina Dialogue multilateral conference in New Delhi.
