How to Make an Italian Omelette 😍 (Easy
5 min Breakfast Recipe)
Omelet is one of the most popular breakfast dishes. It can be made with eggs,
milk, and cheese. It is also one of the healthiest breakfast foods to have.
The story of the omelet in the Italian tradition is a long and colorful one. It is a story of eggs, cheese, and a bowl of heated water.
An Italian omelet is a dish of scrambled eggs mixed with ham (usually bacon, but also, in some applications, ham hocks or pancetta), cheese, and herbs or
spices. The dish originated in Italy and is often served in a frittata, an omelet-
like dish that's often stuffed with vegetables or other ingredients. A frittata is
often cooked as an omelet, and is similar to an omelet in that it is made of
beaten eggs, but frittatas are usually cooked in a pan instead of an omelet
pan.
