Stir-fried seaweed stems

▶️Recipe (measured with rice spoon)
1. Wash salted seaweed stems (600g) 3 times
2. Add 1 rice wine and seaweed stem to boiling water and take it out when it boils.
3. Rinse in cold water, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces
4. Add cooking oil, 2 minced garlic, and seaweed stems to the pan and stir-fry.
5. Add onions and carrots and stir-fry enough
6. Add 2~4 soy sauce and 1/3 sugar and stir-fry.
7. Dig in and finish with 1 sesame oil and whole sesame seeds.
▶️ It needs to cool down to properly season, so don't season too hard
