Same As Cash Vanished - What Happened???

Have you noticed that when you use Debit/Credit Cards to make payments from bills to ordering food or local store purchases. There are transactional fees added. Some as little as a few cents and others dollars.

I've noticed over some time now, same as cash has vanished and apparently getting worse.
