So I have for the longest time I have done my up-most to help everyone on the autism spectrum the best I can, and one of the main issues is Anxiety.

Time and time again I hear lots of parents tell me that they need to find help for their autistic child for the anxiety they have.

Yes, it is possible to reduce anxiety but not completely eradicate it.

I have detailed some ways to reduce anxiety here.

1. Breathing:
Breathing deeply into your belly can instantly reduce your anxiety symptoms and hep you create calm.

2. Planning:
Planning ahead for most trips, engagements or events can really help reduce the amount of anxiety you may experience.

3. Regular Breaks:
Implementing regular breaks into your weekly or daily plan is a fantastic way to create short term relief to your mind that can build up and help long term anxiety.

Now these are just the surface of the solution but if you want to know more and really get a more in-depth feel for what I am explaining here you can jump on my FREE autism live web class HERE:
