Should we raise the property tax cap?

1% increase or 3% increase? Washington voters put a cap on property taxes, but lawmakers may soon erase it! A 2007 law set the limit at 1%. A bill raising it to 3% recently cleared a House panel with only Democratic votes. What do you think about a bigger increase in your property taxes??
