With the aid of the NordSpotter, you progress through Nordic curls incrementally.

The NordSpotter has 24 horizontal lines to track your progress.

The shorter you make the strap the more assistance you get.

As your hamstrings get stronger, make the NordSpotter strap longer for less assistance.

The Nordic curl is an excellent exercise to strengthen the hamstrings through knee flexion.
