Autism Concentration How I Create Focus!

This is how I create a more confident concentration of focus when I am working on major projects!

I love my work and I love working on my projects, in facts I get excited to work every day.

However, my autism and ADHD brain really wants to kick me in the knackers sometimes and makes it difficult to focus on just about anything.

This has been a big motivation killer for a while for me, and I was starting to get worried I would't get things done on time.

So I created a work around strategy that allows me to create focus and Im outlining it here.

1. Brillia

2. Music
I find that if I put on a non lyrical music album to listen to while I work it calms my ADHD side of my brain down and it helps me then focus on the task at hand.

3. Lamp
I have done a video on my sun lamp before, but I actually use this daily to create a focus mode for my brain. When the light is on and shining on my face I feel I am in work mode and it keeps me really focused.
