I got this ranch for really cheap, due to the cartel crime rate, and I'm building a ranch in there.
some will say you are dum for ding that, but freedom comes at a cost.
this area is like the Wild West, no laws, no taxes and no vaccines enforcement. you just have to keep a low profile to not draw any attention to yourself.
