Topic: How the WHO is poised to seize our personal medical freedom and national sovereignty, establishing a totalitarian bio-tech surveillance state, through its proposed Amendments to the International Health Regulations and new Pandemic Accord.

Reggie Littlejohn: [00:00:00] We are in the battle of our lives and we don't know it. We've been talking here about the digital gulag, about how social control and surveillance can combine with the central bank digital currency to trap us. But the thing is that this trap is coming down on us imminently, not in a matter of years, but in a matter of months, unless we do something about it. So specifically last [00:00:30] week, the World Health Organization, one of the working groups, was meeting all week long about international health regulations, amendments, and they will no doubt be coming out with a report on that to be voted on as early as this coming May. And this week as we speak, another working group is meeting in Geneva to finalize and move forward. The while, they call it a pandemic agreement or accord or instrument. [00:01:00] What it is, is it's a treaty. Both of these are treaties because they affect national sovereignty. But the W.H.O. refuses to call them a treaty because they don't want it to have to go through our treaty process. So both of these instruments could come up for an actual vote as early as this May. And they have they they have extreme dangers to our freedom. But what I just learned about on Friday through Dr. Francis Boyle, we pre-recorded [00:01:30] his his presentation at this webinar, so you'll be hearing more from him. But there is a third instrument that was secret, that was hidden that he discovered. And what it is, is it is the International Pandemic Preparedness Act that was that was buried in the National Defense Authorization Act.

Reggie Littlejohn: [00:01:54] The National Defense Authorization Act passed and was signed into law by Biden in [00:02:00] December of 2022 is 1772 pages long. I wonder how many congressional representatives actually read through this thing. But on page 950 is the International Pandemic Preparedness Act. And according to Dr. Boyle, who is an expert on international treaties, there is a provision I don't have time to read you the whole thing, but the provision that he says can be used [00:02:30] to compel to say that all decisions of the World Health Organization are pre approved by the United States Congress. So whatever is passed with the amendments, whatever is passed by the pandemic accord, really a treaty that there are pre approved, it won't have to go through the Senate. I don't think this is constitutional. I don't think that you can just pass an act like this in the middle of the night under pressure that almost no one has read that that [00:03:00] subversive Senate treaty process. I'd like to file a lawsuit about that. But you know what? It doesn't matter whether it's unconstitutional. If you have globalists who are running the show who are going to ram it through anyway, and if you don't have the political will on the on the part of the people that's you and me to raise the awareness of this and to say this is unacceptable, it can't happen. So that's why we're here to to try to sound the alarm so people will take action.

Reggie Littlejohn: [00:03:27] Now, I want to go through some of [00:03:30] the provisions that are most concerning in these in these two instruments, the international health regulations. Okay, let's start with that one. The proposed amendment, the word non binding, has been stricken in several places with the obvious intent that these would be binding in the past and the current set of regulations. It has to be an actual pandemic to for the World Health Organization to to intervene. Now [00:04:00] it has to be any any any potential public health risk. Also really important language restricting this. This language comes from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And it was stricken and it was the implementation of these regulations shall be with the full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons. Why was that stricken? Now the zero draft of the new agreement. I'm just [00:04:30] going to call it a treaty because it's easier. But they don't call it a treaty because they want to subvert the treaty process again. Word went out that this is not anything really to worry about. It's not going to pass because it's a treaty. It's not called a treaty. They're not treating it as a treaty. It could pass. And there's a lot of problems with it. For example, global global surveillance. On page 24 of this treaty, it advises that the, quote, The parties shall the parties [00:05:00] commit to strengthen multisectoral coordinated, interoperable, integrated one health surveillance. So what would that look like to me? What it looks like.

Reggie Littlejohn: [00:05:14] And the World Health Organization has already hired Deutsche Telekom to create international, interoperable, operable vaccine passports, which can give rise to the China social credit system to be used to surveil [00:05:30] us in every aspect of our lives. So if these are combined with a central bank, digital currency and they are connected to our credit cards and bank accounts, then if we do things like meeting a panelist in this webinar saying things that are counter-narrative, they could just cut us off from our credit cards and our and our bank accounts and we'll have no money. Another thing that's in this pandemic treaty accord, whatever is censorship [00:06:00] of dissenting views. It states that, quote, The party shall increase, commit to increase pandemic literacy in the population and tackle false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation. Each party is encouraged to conduct regular social listening. Does that sound like serving families or spying social listening and analysis to identify the prevalence and profiles of misinformation? I guess I would qualify as a profile in misinformation as well as some of the other people [00:06:30] here. But anyway, which contribute to design communications and messaging strategies for the public to counteract misinformation, disinformation and false news, thereby strengthening public trust. This is very strong language that that this new agreement, if it is passed, it's going to establish a worldwide disinformation governance board. Big Brother Absolutely surveilling you and stalking you through the W.H.O.. Another [00:07:00] part of it is the one health approach. I'm not going to I don't think I have time to read everything.

Reggie Littlejohn: [00:07:06] Well, I'll just say here, the one health approach provides, quote, The parties will identify and integrate into relevant pandemic prevention and preparedness plans, interventions that address the drivers of the emergence and re-emergence of disease at the human animal environment interface, including but not limited to climate change, land use change, wildlife, trade, [00:07:30] desert desert, desertification and antimicrobial resistance. So what they're saying basically is this agreement will not just deal with human health, it'll deal with animal health, plant health, the environment. Basically, the World Health Organization is saying that they can intervene in any aspect of life on earth. And another aspect of this is that the language that requires the agreement [00:08:00] of the country. Has been stricken. So the World Health Organization could decide if we have something going on in the United States, They could decide, well, we're just going to intervene even if we don't want them to. This is what we're talking about in terms of the loss of national sovereignty and the loss of personal sovereignty. Because if this happens, then. Tedros Ghebreyesus, the director general of the World Health Organization, will have the power to say how we're going to handle the pandemic and we're going to have to follow it. [00:08:30] So he could say we need to have forced vaccines, forced detentions, anything he wants. So the time to act is now. We have to counter this because once these things are passed, it's going to be too late. Thank you.
