Blinken pressed Lavrov on nuke treaty, captives, and Ukraine

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday (March 3) said he spoke with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of a G20 summit in New Delhi, the first time the two diplomats are known to have spoken face-to-face since Russia invaded Ukraine one year ago.
