Lets take a walk over one of the worlds largest defense exhibitions during actuall wartimes.

I travelled over 3000 miles to IDEX, one of the world largest arms conventions. One thing that was specially interesting for me was to get a feeling of the mood there since we actually have a huge war in Europe known as the war in Ukraine. Also I was quite curious to see if the lessons this war has tought us so far were already implemented by the defense industry in their latest products. I let you judge by yourself with this walkthrough over some parts of the exhibition.

The International Defence Exhibition & Conference, or IDEX, is a biennial arms and defence technology sales exhibition. The exhibition is the largest defence exhibition and conference in the Middle East and takes place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Approximately 1300 exhibitors from all over the globe attended there with the UAEs EDGE Group having the largest presence with countless products and new inovations.

EDGE Group is a United Arab Emirates (UAE) state-owned conglomeration of 25 companies to provide military weaponry and related technologies. It is headquartered in the UAE.
