The first Chicago Mayor to lose an election in 40 years claims the reason she lost was because Chicago has become more racist and sexist since she took office, ignoring any other criticisms and the fact that Kim Foxx, the elected prosecutor for Cook County is a also a black woman (who I also think does a terrible job).
