Humanoid bats.

From China, reports began to come of the appearance of strange creatures resembling a hybrid of a rat, a frog, a bat.
Initial reports state that these creatures may have been mutated hybrids and were created by mixing bat and frog DNA to create a mutated version, and that they may have escaped from a secret laboratory somewhere in the area.
However, none of the laboratories claimed responsibility. Draw your own conclusions.
