▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Thickly slice 1 round zucchini and half an onion
2. Fry enough pumpkin and onion in cooking oil 1 and perilla oil 2
3. Add 1 red pepper powder and 1 salted shrimp and stir-fry.
4. Add 200ml of anchovy broth, close the lid, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Add half green onion, 1 green and red pepper, 1 minced garlic and cook over low heat.
6Add Korean soy sauce for the last seasoning according to the size of the pumpkin.
▶️Depending on your appetite, add more if you don't have enough soup, or boil it over high heat if you have too much.
