Allah Mentions The Honey Bee In The Quran

Reflection of Surah Nahl verses 68&69
I remember once I was walking home and I noticed a bee pollinating a flower. Out of curiosity, I decided to get closer to the bee to get a better look. When I did, I believe I startled the bee because it had started to fly around the flower but eventually it went right back on the flower. In life we are surrounded by so many distractions that take us away from the remembrance of Allah. But we have to ensure that just like the bee, we cannot allow these distractions to make us lose focus on obeying Allah and worshiping Him which is our sole purpose in life.

SubhanAllah, because of the instinct that Allah has placed in the bee it is able to leave it’s hive, journey out far from home and eventually return back to it’s hive. Whatever Allah taught the bee it acted upon it. Likewise, Allah has taught us many things and has arranged guidance for us. We should then accept it, be grateful and implement what we learn from the Quran and sunnah.
