My tribute to the therapeutic staff people who are stuck with violent kids in schools

I wanted to let every therapeutic staff paraprofessional and teacher's aide know how much I care about them and appreciate what they do for us every day. We are placing these caring people in perilous environments, trying to manage violent kids who should not be in schools. They should be in high security, military type environments, but because of our misguided social engineering, racial blind-spots, and delusional worldviews, we place them in schools.

A few days ago one of these courageous support persons was almost killed.

We need to get some common sense people back in charge who will remove these thugs from society. They do not belong in schools. Mainstreaming aggressive thugs has been a terrible policy and a colossal failure.
