Easy and very tasty chocolate cake

4 eggs
1 teacup of sugar
2 tea cups of flour
75 ml vegetable oil
7 spoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soup

mix the ingredients well

place in a 16 cm diameter mold

bake for 35 minutes

For the filling

280g semisweet chocolate

3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tablespoon of butter

put it in the microwave for 1 minute and a half

stir well and reserve overnight

To the roof

395 g condensed milk
200g sour cream
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

mix and bring to a boil until it reaches this consistency

Reserve

beat the ganache in a mixer and set aside

cut the cake into two parts and wet the cake with coffee

put the ganache as filling put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes

then put the frosting on the cake

Bolo de chocolate fácil e muito gostoso

4 ovos
1 xicara de chá de açucar
2 xicaras de cha de farinha
75 ml de oléo vegetal
7 colheres de cacau em pó
1 colher de sopa de fermento

misture bem os ingredientes

coloque em uma forma de 16 cm de diametro

asse por 35 minutos

Para o recheio

280g de chocolate meio amargo

3 colheres de sopa de creme de leite
1 colher de sopa de manteiga

leve ao microondas por 1 minuto e meio

mexa bem e reserve de um dia pro outro

Para a cobertura

395 g de leite condensado
200 g de creme de leite
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
3 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó

misture e leve ao fogo até ficar nessa consistencia

reserve

bata na batedeira o ganache e reserve

corte o bolo em duas partes e molhe o bolo com café

coloque a ganache como recheio coloque na geladeira uns 20 minutos

em seguida coloque a cobertura no bolo
