23 - Working with doctors, in a male-dominated profession, & learning to say "No", w/ Olivia Dacre

I am joined this week by Olivia Dacre, an experienced healthcare executive who is currently the CFO of the Medical Group portion of Bon Secours Mercy Health. She talks me through her approach to working with physicians and explains what exactly a "Medical Group CFO" does. How to pick a physician. Her perspective on being a woman in a professional area historically predominantly made up of men. And how she's worked to get better at saying "No", a sometimes key element of being a CFO.

I hope you enjoy our discussion.
